Hi, I’m Coach Kym.


I coach enthusiastic recreational endurance and outdoor athletes who are feeling lost or stuck continue to pursue goals that bring more meaning to their lives.


My job is to help guide you from one transformative moment to the next. I believe that in the process of achieving a fitness goal you should learn more about yourself and the process of training.

This process centers on the Debrief and Planning (D&P) session. We take the time for comprehensive introspective debriefing of performance, training, and lifestyle.These reflections and insights allows for more accurate and successful planning for the next goal. Beyond the goal, I educate and expand your athletic repertoire for lifetime health.


Memberships


  • Weekly Coaching
    • Weekly private coaching sessions for Debrief and Planning as well as education and exercises.
    • Training plan is personal, comprehensive, and written by Coach Kym with a Premium Training Peaks account.
    • Coach review of logged training twice a week with possible texting check in.
    • Group Zoom mini D&Ps
    • $3000 for first 6 months, $500/month thereafter.


  • Monthly Coaching
    • Monthly private coaching sessions for Debrief and Planning as well as education and exercises.
    • Training plan is personal, comprehensive, and written by Coach Kym with a Premium Training Peaks account.
    • Coach review of logged training twice a week with possible texting check in.
    • Group Zoom mini D&Ps
    • $1,800 for first six months, $300/month thereafter


  • Quarterly Coaching
    • Quarterly private coaching sessions for Debrief and Planning. These are coach guided and summarized. They do not include workouts or exercises.
    • Training plan is written collaboratively with Coach Kym.  You will be responsible for writing or providing some workouts in your training plan in Training Peaks.
    • Coach review of logged training twice a week with possible texting check in.
    • Group Zoom mini D&Ps
    • $1200 for first six months, $200/month thereafter


  • Mentorship
    • Quarterly private Debrief and Planning sessions that are lead by the athlete. They do not include a coach written summary.
    • Training plan is entirely provided by the athlete. It may be purchased elsewhere, written by the athlete, or a combination of sources. It must ultimately be input into Training Peaks by the athlete. Coach will review the plan and provide feedback.
    • Coach review of logged training twice a week with possible texting check in.
    • Group Zoom mini D&Ps.
    • $600 for first 6 months, $100/month thereafter



Details:



  • Frequency of private coaching sessions will vary slightly depending on your and Kym’s travel/vacation schedules.
  • Session time averages 90min.  
  • Group Zoom mini D&Ps are currently offered on Monday’s 6pm CT or Friday’s 8am CT for 30-40min. It’s required to attend at least once per month.
  • Prices do not fluctuate month to month even though your coaching needs and schedule will.
