Join us on YouTube to unwind physically and mentally. Yin Yoga practices patience, stillness, and subtlety. This is a meditative experience as an antidote to intensity. Whether that intensity is from athletic training, intellectual strain, or emotional stress, this practice will help bring you into balance. Sleep, perform, and connect better.
We begin with a short movement flow followed by a seated meditation. Each week we passively stay in three to four yin yoga poses for three minutes each. We transition between each pose with movement or stillness of your choice before a final guided relaxation. I highly recommend having many different kinds of props (blankets, pillows, blocks or books) so that you can be supported to release muscular tension and allow for opening in lines of connective tissue.
