Your own workout, with coach feedback and peer support.

Is there an exercise in your routine that feels funny and you want a second opinion?  Do you have physical therapy or injury prevention exercises you don’t do?  Is there that one workout on your training plan that you struggle to do on your own?  Are you curious about Zest Ed and Athletic Life Coaching but not sure if it’s a good fit for you?  Drop in to our co-training sessions!


Three components of co-t (can happen in various configurations):   

• Personal coach check in.  Discussion or feedback on a topic of your choice.   Typically 5-15min.

• Do your own set of exercises.  Typically 30-40min of independent exercise.   

• Group time.  We share where we are in process towards our goals and what our focus is this week.   Sometimes we also do a group activity introducing an exercise or technique tip.  Typically 5-15min. 


Waivers and payment taken upon arrival.  

Emailing kym@zested.net to RSVP for your first visit is appreciated but not required.

$7-$15 per visit sliding scale.

Major credit/debit cards taken as well as Apple Pay, personal check, and cash.


Co-training drop-in is made possible by annual Athletic Life Coaching members.

The entrance and parking are in the back of the building on the alley side.  


Regular Schedule: 

Mondays 7-8am 

Tuesdays 1-2pm  *Please let me know if you are interested in a Tuesday afternoon time.

Thursdays 5-6pm
