Our work will center on comprehensive introspective debriefing of performance, training, and lifestyle. Beyond the goal, I educate and expand your athletic repertoire for lifetime health. Additional work such as strength training, race planning, training plans, technique assessments, and sport specific skills will depend on your needs and the coaching level you choose.

•Collection and review of relevant information such as past training logs and data, race results, equipment, etc.
•90min Zoom meeting with follow up summary email.
•30min phone follow up 1-3 months after meeting.
$250 for returning or current clients and members.

Your own workout done with peer and coach support.
